Full Set Up

Full Buffet Service provided by Kanak Attack. We arrive 1 hour prior to your event to begin setup.We include our own tables, linens, chafing dishes, metal serving utensils, and set up a full-service buffet for you and your guests. Plates, Napkins, Cutlery and Cups are provided. For parties over 60 Guests, a Kanak Attack employee will remain on site to replenish your buffet line. For parties under 60 guests, we will return 2-hours later to gather our equipment. 20% Operations Charge is added for all Full Setup Buffets. Parties of 300+ are subject to additional staffing fees of $150/staff member.

Family Style

Individual Platters of each item are prepared and placed directly on the table for your guests to serve themselves without having to get up. This provides a very intimate and stress free setting. 30% Operations charge is added for all Family Style Events, along with a staff charge of $150/Staff Member for every 4 tables you have at your event.

Destination Weddings or Events

We love to cater events outside the Treasure Valley! We’ve catered events in McCall, Sun Valley, and Stanley, to name a few. Each destination event is considered case by case to make sure we can commit to the needs of the inquiring client. Each destination event must meet a minimum food order of $2000 and is charged a minimum $2 per mile travel fee. These events are also subject to a 20% gratuity charge.
